  1. Log in to Equitas Small Finance Bank's net banking
  2. On the home page, click on Service Request and then choose Assisted Services
  3. Click on Change of mobile number (Indian mobile number)
  4. Enter your new Indian mobile number in the respective field
  5. Select the identification requirements documents which you can upload either Aadhaar, PAN or a valid Indian passport
  6. Upload the document and confirm
Note:
  • The new communication address will take 3 days to update. Only customers can change their mobile numbers online.
  • For video verification issues or delays, please contact Equitas Bank's support team. You can call the Equitas toll-free number at 1800 103 1222 from 9 am to 6 pm on all banking days or email customerservice@equitasbank.com mentioning your concern.
  • Once your number is updated through Equitas Bank's net banking, please write to us at hello@freosave.com with the acknowledgement received and the service request number from Equitas Small Finance Bank and your new registered mobile number.
